MORE ANFI CONTRACTS DECLARED ILLEGAL

The latest victory from Timeshare Advice Centre and European Consumer Claims.

We are happy to report the following two victories against the Anfi Group.

In the first case, it was revealed that the contract was for a floating week and for that reason was declared null and void by the judge and ordered to pay £17,958.

In the second case, the contract was in perpetuity (had no end date) and again was declared null and void by the judge and ordered to pay £13,665.

Another two great victories in the Spanish courts for M1 Legal.
