ANOTHER ANFI CONTRACT THROWN OUT

The latest victory from Timeshare Advice Centre and European Consumer Claims.

It continues to be a snowball effect with Anfi contracts being thrown out.

The contract revealed it was in perpetuity i.e. no end date and the property description was not properly stated.

The judge ruled that the contract be deemed null and void and ordered Anfi to payout £9,728.00.
