SILVERPOINT LOSE AGAIN

The latest victory from Timeshare Advice Centre and European Consumer Claims.

It was revealed that the Silverpoint contract was in perpetuity which means there was no end date disclosed.

The judge presiding over the case ruled in in favour of the client and ordered that the contract be deemed null and void and instructed Silverpoint to pay out £22,000 even though they had used the benefits of their timeshare from 2011 to 2017.

Congratulations to the client and a great result for M1 Legal.
