Timeshare Advice Centre (TAC) Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

This promotion is open to members of the public (“Referrer”) who refer an individual (“Referee”) to Timeshare Advice Centre (“TAC”).

How to Qualify:

• The Referee must be submitted by the Referrer via our referral portal here prior to any contact or enquiry being made
• The Referee must not be an existing client, previous client, or prior enquiry of TAC/ECC.
• The Referee must enter into a signed contract for services with ECC.

Reward:

• The Referrer will qualify to receive a £250 Amazon voucher where the Referee successfully contracts ECC for services relating to a holiday ownership claim.
• The Referee does not receive any reward under this promotion.
• The reward will be issued within 30 days of the Referee entering into a valid contract with ECC.

Exclusions & Conditions:

• If the Referee cancels their contract within the 14-day cooling-off period, no reward will be issued.
• Where the Referee is paying ECC via instalments, eligibility for the reward will only be triggered once the account has no more than one instalment remaining.
• Referrals must be genuine personal contacts. Bulk, automated, or commercially incentivised referrals are not permitted.

Reward Terms:

• The reward will be issued in the form of a £250 Amazon voucher only. No cash or alternative will be provided.
• ECC is not responsible for the operation, terms, or validity period of the Amazon voucher once issued.

General:

• This promotion is open to members of the public aged 18 or over.
• Employees of ECC are not eligible to participate.
• ECC reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel any reward where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• ECC reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
